A three-day immersive executive forum program for leaders, high-potential managers, and teams, focused on driving real-world impact
Singapore, Fontainebleau, France, and San FranciscoApril 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — INSEAD, the Business School for the World, has announced the launch of its new program, “INSEAD for Impact” (IFI), a three-day immersive executive forum-style course designed around a core philosophy: practice-oriented, future-focused, and data-driven. The program aims to help leaders and strategic teams transform strategic insights into actionable outcomes. The inaugural IFI session will take place from June 22 to 24, 2026, at INSEAD’s Asia Campus in Singapore.
In an era where leaders face disruptive change, geopolitical uncertainty, and a cacophony of diverse opinions, IFI shifts the focus from understanding “what is happening” to “how to make change happen.” By combining academic insights, industry perspectives, and collaborative workshops, the program helps participants translate emerging trends into actionable strategies and priority actions.
Unlike many traditional programs that stop at “insight generation,” IFI deliberately extends its focus to the “execution phase,” helping leaders understand the key forces reshaping the business landscape, develop pragmatic and prioritized change plans, and build personal and organizational resilience to sustain ongoing execution.
