It ensures high-quality samples for downstream research through intelligent separation technology and precise pipetting. The AssayMate™ compact pipetting workstation, with its flexible configuration and high-precision liquid handling capabilities, effectively lowers the automation threshold for mid-throughput laboratories. Both products focus on core sample pre-processing scenarios, providing efficient and intelligent solutions for fields such as biobanks, pharmaceuticals, and CRO/CDMOs.

Addressing industry pain points such as low efficiency in traditional manual blood separation, unstable sample quality, uncontrollable operational processes, sample waste, and high biosafety risks, Revvity has launched the NeoStation Blood IQ fully automated blood separation workstation. It can accurately identify, separate, and aliquot components such as plasma, buffy coat, and blood cells after centrifugation, ensuring high-quality samples for storage and downstream scientific research applications. This product is 100% locally developed and manufactured at Revvity’s Taicang base and has been officially delivered, marking another milestone in Revvity’s localization process.


The NeoStation Blood IQ achieves fully automated, unattended operation, supporting batch processing of 1-96 tubes per batch and continuous sample loading. It features an integrated module for barcode scanning, cap opening, and photographing of blood collection tubes, as well as barcode scanning and cap opening/closing for cryovials, enabling fully automated sorting of 96 samples per batch, significantly improving processing efficiency. The product is equipped with a flexible, non-equidistant 8-channel dispenser using gas displacement pipetting technology, with dual monitoring via pressure and capacitive liquid level detection. Within the 1-1000μL range, pipetting accuracy CV is less than 5%. It also integrates intelligent full-volume plasma aspiration and multi-point buffy coat aspiration technology, supporting flexible switching between full-volume aliquoting mode and customizable residual volume aliquoting mode. Users can set over 10 aspiration points to maximize sample utilization while improving recovery rates and batch-to-batch stability, providing high-quality samples for downstream research.

Additionally, the product features full-process information traceability and a high-safety protection system, ensuring complete traceability with zero sample loss, zero mix-ups, and zero recording errors, meeting the core compliance requirements of biobanks. It is equipped with dual protection from an H14-grade HEPA high-efficiency filter and UV disinfection lamp, effectively reducing cross-contamination risks and safeguarding sample quality and operator safety.

Simultaneously, Revvity launched the AssayMate workstation, a compact pipetting system for mid-throughput laboratories, designed to lower the automation threshold. The system features a fixed 8-channel pipetting head and gripper configuration, covering a wide volume range of 1-1000μL without the need to change pipetting heads. With pressure-based liquid level detection (PLLD) and built-in error handling functions (including automatic identification of missing plate lids), it ensures stable operation and supports rapid experiment recovery. Its reconfigurable embedded worktable supports various expansion modules such as a heating shaker, heating/cooling module, and magnetic module. The AssayPREP™ software provides an intuitive drag-and-drop interface that is easy to use.
