The two parties will engage in deep collaboration around building a localized industrial chain for L4-level autonomous driving computing platforms, developing and optimizing autonomous driving algorithms, and commercializing Robotaxi services, jointly promoting the large-scale operation of a locally high-performance L4 autonomous driving ecosystem.
According to the agreement, Black Sesame Technologies will provide technical support for the Huashan and Wudang series chip platforms and toolchains. Among these, the four chips in the Huashan A2000 family can fully cover computing power needs across all scenarios, from in-cabin AI to L4-level Robotaxi. Black Sesame Technologies will collaborate with Ruqi Mobility and joint ecosystem partners to develop a production-ready Robotaxi solution; Ruqi Mobility will leverage its advantages in hybrid operations of manned ride-hailing and Robotaxi, along with high-value autonomous driving data loops accumulated from real-world scenarios, to provide precise commercial operation standards and computing power requirements for the production-ready Robotaxi solution. Additionally, the two parties will cooperate to promote the commercial deployment of L4 autonomous taxis and advance pilot projects for the jointly developed localized Robotaxi solution.
