This year’s summit adds more fireside chats and in-depth technical panel discussions, focusing on the convergence of AI with innovation, public welfare, and the digital growth shaping Asia’s future. The discussions revolve around five core themes:

This year’s summit brings together a host of distinguished industry and government leaders at the forefront of AI innovation, spanning developers of cutting-edge systems to policymakers shaping their use.
Keynote speakers include leaders from global institutions and academic authorities: World Bank Group President Ajay Banga, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Secretary-General Mathias Cormann, University of Montreal Professor and deep learning pioneer Yoshua Bengio, and University of California, Berkeley Professor Dawn Song, known for her research in AI safety and trustworthy machine learning. Six Years of Deep Engagement, Building a Dialogue Platform
Over the past six years, Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG) has been Asia’s premier tech event, providing a platform for global government officials and tech industry leaders to engage in critical dialogues at the intersection of technology, society, and the digital economy.
As an invitation-only summit under ATxSG, ATxSummit will kick off with an opening dinner on May 19 at Gardens by the Bay, graced by Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam. Singapore’s Minister for Digital Development and Information, and Minister-in-charge of Cybersecurity and Smart Nation, Josephine Teo, will deliver the opening keynote address on May 20.
