Lee Spirer stated: “Integrating advanced technology into our company is fundamentally about amplifying our teams’ expertise to create greater impact for clients. Jessica’s leadership will help us systematically integrate artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities—such as machine learning, natural language processing, and intelligent automation—across business lines in a disciplined manner. By promoting these capabilities across the company with a high degree of coordination and rigorous oversight, we can accelerate insight generation, enhance service delivery, and drive sustainable growth, while always upholding the credibility, data security, and service quality that are the foundation of our company.”

J.S. Held Chief Intellectual Property Officer James E. By further integrating technology into our daily work, we can free up professionals to focus on high-value activities and deliver better outcomes for clients. I look forward to collaborating with teams across the company to drive innovation while maintaining the highest standards of service quality, security, and confidentiality.”

Jessica Larson brings nearly 20 years of experience leading enterprise transformation and technology-driven innovation in highly regulated global organizations. She joins J.S. Held from TRC Companies, where she previously served as Senior Vice President of Digital and Data Transformation; earlier in her career, she worked as a management consultant at a Big Four accounting firm. At TRC, she built an enterprise-wide framework to enhance cross-functional collaboration while driving operational improvements that effectively increased efficiency and reduced risk. She also led the company’s AI strategy and governance committee, launched a cloud-based AI platform, and oversaw a company-wide innovation challenge to identify high-impact digital opportunities.

Lee Spirer added: “As a company serving insurance and legal clients with deep technical and financial expertise, our strength lies in the scale and breadth of our capabilities. This scale requires us to stay ahead of evolving client needs, especially as technology continues to reshape the industry landscape.”
