It operates at a main frequency of 64MHz, supports a wide voltage supply range of 1.8V~5.5V, and integrates 64KB Flash and 8KB SRAM. With built-in DIV/MULT/CRC algorithm acceleration units, it achieves low-latency, high-efficiency sensor-based/sensorless FOC vector control, delivering a qualitative improvement in computing efficiency over ordinary MCUs.

The analog peripherals of the G32F031 form a one-stop signal processing system, capable of handling high-bandwidth, high-slew-rate signals without the need for external chips, comprehensively enhancing the system’s ability to sense and monitor motor operating status.
- High-Precision ADC: Built-in 1 12-bit ADC (maximum sampling rate 2MSPS), supporting 8 independent result registers and 3-segment segmented sampling. Channel sampling time can be individually configured, enabling fast capture of analog signals.
- Robust Operational Amplifier PGA: Integrated 2 rail-to-rail operational amplifiers (Op-Amp) with a slew rate of up to 16V/μs (ample margin for single-resistor and high-current applications). Supports 1~16 multi-level internal/external gain and differential input, and provides four internal bias options: VDDA/2, VDDA/4, BG, and BG/4.
- Functionally Distinct Comparators: Equipped with 4 programmable analog comparators (COMP). 1 is dedicated to overcurrent protection, supporting digital filtering and internal cascading. 3 are dedicated to square wave zero-crossing detection, with a built-in center point network and configurable hysteresis on both edges.
- Temperature Sensor: Accuracy ±5°C, eliminating the need for external thermistors. Precise temperature monitoring is achieved through direct reading via the internal ADC.
