Suzhou, China and Gembloux, BelgiumMay 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Full-Life Technologies (hereinafter referred to as “Full-Life Technologies”), a fully integrated, clinical-stage international radiopharmaceutical company, today announced the completion of a financing round exceeding RMB 1 billion, including approximately RMB 750 million in Series D equity financing and RMB 270 million in debt financing. This round was led by Vivo Capital, with participation from Full-Life Technologies’ strategic partner SK Biopharmaceuticals, as well as Chengwei Capital, Sequoia China, Jiachen Capital, Yinglian Health Fund, Plaisance, Sky9, TSG Capital, and several other high-quality institutions.
Proceeds from this financing round will be used to advance the development of the company’s clinical-stage pipeline, including [225Ac]Ac-FL-020, a potential best-in-class drug for prostate cancer, and [225Ac]Ac-FL-261, a potential first-in-class drug for multiple solid tumor indications. By the end of 2026, Full-Life Technologies is expected to have three differentiated clinical-stage programs, all originating from the company’s proprietary UniRDC™ discovery platform. Additionally, the funds will support the initiation of GMP-grade 225Ac isotope production at the company’s advanced manufacturing facility in Belgium. Self-controlled supply and production of isotopes represent a key strategic advantage for Full-Life Technologies in rapidly advancing its radiopharmaceutical clinical development programs.
Mr. Dong Hao, Managing Director of Vivo Capital, stated: “Full-Life Technologies is recognized not only for its scientific vision but also for its exceptional ability to translate that vision into tangible clinical and operational milestones on a global scale. We are deeply impressed by its early-stage R&D efficiency, the highly promising clinical data from its core product, and the rapid construction progress of its Belgian manufacturing facility. Leading this financing round reflects our conviction that Full-Life Technologies is transitioning from a platform innovator into a fully integrated radiopharmaceutical enterprise, and we look forward to supporting its next phase of value creation.”
Ms. Wu Yixia, President and Chief Financial Officer of Full-Life Technologies, stated: “This financing round underscores the significant value we have created over the past four years—the company has successfully evolved from a platform builder into a clinical-stage biotechnology company. With the outstanding clinical performance of our core product and the rapid advancement of other pipeline programs, this funding will accelerate our progress toward later-stage clinical development and ensure the full operational readiness of our Belgian GMP manufacturing facility to support the global commercial supply of 225Ac.”
As of the completion of this financing round, Full-Life Technologies has raised a cumulative total of nearly USD 350 million in equity and debt financing since its inception in 2021.
