(Ricoh Asia Pacific) today announced the completion of the acquisition of Global Vision Multimedia Group (GVM), a company specializing in professional audiovisual and video conferencing system services with deep expertise and extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region. This acquisition marks the final phase of the strategic cooperation discussions initiated between the two parties since January 2026.
This acquisition by Ricoh Asia Pacific will accelerate Ricoh’s expansion of its digital workplace service portfolio and service delivery capabilities in the regional market, further solidifying its global strategic layout. By providing more seamless, efficient, and scalable services, Ricoh will continue to meet the evolving needs of its customers and comprehensively enhance their digital workplace experience.
