NEWARK, CaliforniaJune 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Lucid Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCID), the world’s most advanced software-defined vehicle and technology manufacturer, today announced that Silvio Napoli has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately.

Silvio Napoli officially assumes the role of CEO of Lucid effective immediately, having been named CEO-elect on April 14, 2026.
Napoli was previously announced as CEO-elect on April 14.

Napoli brings decades of global industrial leadership experience, most recently serving as Chairman and CEO of Schindler Group. His background encompasses large-scale global operations, financial management, and technology-driven businesses.
Marc Winterhoff, who served as Interim CEO, has resumed his role as Chief Operating Officer and will report to Napoli.
