Madrid, SpainJune 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Formula E and the FIA have announced that the Madrid Jarama Circuit will host the pre-season test for Season 13 from November 16 to 20, 2026. The GEN4, the most advanced, most powerful, and most sustainable race car in the championship’s history, will also make its track debut at that time.

FE Season 13 pre-season test to be held at Madrid Jarama Circuit
Following the successful Madrid E-Prix on March 21, 2026, Formula E drivers, teams, and manufacturers will return to this iconic circuit to officially kick off the 2026/27 season. The revolutionary GEN4 race car will also make its official track debut at that time.
The GEN4 race car, with a top speed exceeding 335 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 200 km/h in just 4.4 seconds, will become the fastest car in Formula E history.

The GEN4 race car represents a significant leap forward in electric motorsport and marks the dawn of a new era of high-performance, sustainable electric racing. The new-generation car features a full-time all-wheel-drive system, delivering a maximum power output of 600 kW in Attack Mode, along with substantial improvements in efficiency and performance.
