BLKR201 / LNK01006 is an investigational novel, selective allosteric inhibitor of TYK2 capable of penetrating the central nervous system, designed to modulate immune signaling within the central nervous system. In December 2025, Linko Pharmaceutical entered into an exclusive development and licensing agreement with Formation Bio’s subsidiary, Bleecker Bio, for LNK01006 in regions outside Greater China. Under the terms of the agreement, Linko Pharmaceutical received a minority equity stake in Bleecker Bio, an upfront payment, and is eligible to receive development, regulatory, and commercialization milestone payments totaling up to $605 million, as well as tiered royalties on future sales.
