What is AEC-Q104?
AEC-Q104 is a reliability testing standard for automotive multi-chip modules (MCM) established by the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC). It covers multi-dimensional rigorous tests such as extreme high and low temperatures, temperature shock, vibration, and mechanical shock, serving as a core entry threshold for automotive electronics to enter the pre-installed supply chain.
