HangzhouJune 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — On June 13, under the guidance of the National Logistics Vocational Education and Teaching Steering Committee, Best Inc. jointly launched the “Best Vocational Education Community Alliance” with seven benchmark vocational colleges, including Zhangzhou Institute of Technology, Zhejiang Economic and Trade Vocational and Technical College, Guangxi Vocational and Technical College, Yantai Vocational College, Ningbo Polytechnic University, Guizhou Light Industry Technical College, and Sichuan Vocational and Technical College, at Zhangzhou Institute of Technology. This is the first substantive collaborative platform for industry-education integration in China, driven directly by an industry leader’s “real business flows” and covering the entire chain from cross-border e-commerce to smart supply chains. It marks a shift from point-to-point project cooperation to a new phase of networked ecosystem co-construction.
Ren Haoxiang, President of the China Society of Logistics and Director of the National Logistics Vocational Education and Teaching Steering Committee, outlined the direction for the alliance’s development from the perspective of national strategy and industrial transformation at the founding conference. He noted that this is a critical period for China to deepen the reform of the modern vocational education system and comprehensively advance the construction of industry-education consortia and communities. While exploration in the logistics field has been widespread, some communities urgently need to move from formal alliances to substantive integration. He expressed hope that the “Best Vocational Education Community Alliance” would break down barriers, leverage Best Inc.’s robust business foundation covering logistics, cross-border e-commerce, and cross-border supply chains, organically coordinate existing community platforms of multiple universities, strengthen cooperation with the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing and the Logistics Vocational Education Steering Committee, and innovatively establish a “three-leader” collaborative governance mechanism. This would truly deepen and implement industry-education integration, injecting strong momentum into the new “Double High” construction and key element reforms in logistics vocational education.

Pioneering a Six-in-One Ecological Architecture
Currently, school-enterprise cooperation commonly suffers from issues such as fragmented point-to-point investment, low efficiency, and insufficient depth of implementation. Teaching outcomes and training cases are fragmented and lack unified standards, leading to resource waste.
Against this backdrop, the Best Vocational Education Community Alliance aims to build a unified, substantive collaborative platform. By integrating industry, institutional, and sector resources, it seeks to promote the deep integration of the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain, creating a new ecosystem for industry-education integration covering talent cultivation, curriculum development, practical teaching, technological innovation, and social services.
The alliance’s pioneering “six-in-one” ecological architecture is based on a system that brings real business into campuses, coordinated with the Best product library system, the Best industrial college network, the Best industry-education integration industrial park network, the industry-education integration research institute, and a specialized professional group ecosystem. These six major components support each other, share data and resources, with the ultimate goal of building a self-sustaining, continuously iterating industrial education ecosystem.
To validate the model’s feasibility, Ningbo Polytechnic University was selected as a full-process pilot before the alliance’s establishment. Best Inc. inputs real commercial tasks—such as cross-border e-commerce orders, cross-border supply chain operations, overseas warehouse management, overseas inventory management, AI customer service, and data annotation—into the campus as standardized modules. Students complete full-process operations within the school using “real stores, real orders, and real customers,” enabling them to directly take up positions after graduation.

School-Enterprise Cooperation Continues to Deepen
The alliance’s establishment was not achieved overnight. Over the past few years, Best Inc. and multiple institutions have accumulated replicable successful models.
For example, Best Inc. collaborated with Tianjin College of Transport to build a smart logistics productive training center, bringing real distribution scheduling, warehousing operations, and customer service into the campus. The cooperative course was rated as a national-level online premium course, and the case was selected as a typical case of industry-education integration by the Ministry of Education. With Yantai Vocational College, it built a “Digital Supply Chain Productive Training Center” and a data annotation training base, achieving real project-driven teaching. With Zhejiang Economic and Trade Vocational and Technical College, it established an industrial college, a global customer service center, and a technology R&D center, introducing real cloud warehouse projects and global customer service operations. With Guangxi Vocational and Technical College, it jointly advanced the construction of an ASEAN logistics talent training base, exploring international talent cultivation models.

According to the alliance’s disclosure, it plans to build over 10 industrial colleges within three years, forming an industrial park network covering multiple provinces. It will continuously improve curriculum resources, certification systems, and international cooperation, aiming to create an industry-education integration ecosystem with industry influence and strive to become a national-level benchmark for industry-education integration.
