SINGAPOREJune 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ONLYOFFICE has released the latest version of its room-based collaboration platform, DocSpace 3.7. This major update introduces AI features, a redesigned form-filling experience, upgraded editors, and enhanced security controls. The release touches nearly every part of the platform and is now available to users.

This update expands how AI agents work within DocSpace. Users can now generate DOCX documents, PDF forms, and PPTX presentations directly in AI conversations, and open them instantly for editing. In addition to existing options like Anthropic, OpenAI, and OpenRouter, this version adds support for new service providers including DeepSeek, Google AI, and xAI.
AI settings have become more flexible. The default provider and model selected in DocSpace can now automatically sync to the editor without separate configuration. Users can upload images to AI chats to provide visual context for agents, and optionally enable the “Extended Thinking” module for more complex requests. Additionally, administrators can turn AI features on or off across the entire DocSpace and editor, with chat history retained when disabled.
Form-filling rooms receive one of the biggest updates in this version. In addition to saving collected responses to spreadsheets, teams can now export results to external databases. Users can create and edit PDF forms directly within rooms, switch forms to a dedicated filling mode, and refresh collected data.
DocSpace 3.7 also includes editors powered by ONLYOFFICE Docs 9.4. Enhancements feature: separators for clearer document structure, dark document mode in spreadsheets, 25 new slide themes, 20 new transition effects, a dedicated chart design tab, and support for the Croatian language interface.
File and room management improvements give users more control over their space. Teams can replace default document templates, merge rooms into groups, delete multiple rooms at once, and manage room tags more quickly.
On the security front, administrators can prohibit the creation of external links to protect sensitive content. Invitation links can now be restricted by the number of users who can join and the link’s validity duration. A new “Billing” module consolidates pricing plans, wallets, payment methods, and additional services like extra storage and backups.
This version updates ONLYOFFICE’s licensing terms for greater clarity and compliance. The software code is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 (AGPLv3), with additional terms covering attribution and modified versions. The license does not grant any rights to the ONLYOFFICE trademark, which remains subject to a separate trademark policy.
