This Programme is dedicated to providing comprehensive professional support for governance practitioners in Mainland China and Hong Kong, continuously enhancing the governance standards of companies listed in Hong Kong, and fostering the stable and orderly development of capital markets in both regions.
The “Affiliated Person“ is an exclusive professional identity established by the Institute for governance practitioners in Hong Kong-listed companies. Since its inception in 2004, the Programme has become a widely recognized platform for professional exchange and capability enhancement among Mainland Chinese governance practitioners in the Hong Kong stock market. This upgrade of the Programme focuses on the practical needs of Hong Kong stock governance, offering more refined and specialized full-dimensional support to members through three key initiatives: adding diversified seminar activities, optimizing the registration process, and introducing exclusive online accounts.
The Programme is primarily aimed at existing and prospective board secretaries, company secretaries, directors, finance and legal professionals, and other governance practitioners of companies listed or planning to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
