Al Mansoori positioned Abu Dhabi as the world’s first AI-driven real-world health innovation sandbox, underpinned by an integrated, intelligent health infrastructure. He stated: “For us, AI is not a gimmick; it is an infrastructure capability. We are accelerating drug development by integrating multidimensional data—including genotypes, phenotypes, and wearable device data—into AI-powered systems. This intelligent platform acts as a real-world evidence engine, enabling companies to assess the impact of their products in real time. Abu Dhabi is a ‘living lab,’ and we extend a sincere invitation to the world.”

Al Mansoori continued: “Every health system must be forward-looking; it is a responsibility. In Abu Dhabi, our intelligence-based system consolidates all health data into a unified platform, providing comprehensive insights that allow us to monitor the pulse of the entire healthcare system at any moment.”

He also highlighted the role of AI agents within Abu Dhabi’s Unified Medical Operations Command Center (UMOC) in building foresight and resilience, noting: “UMOC is the ‘health brain’ of our system. Today, [with AI agents] we have a virtual workforce equivalent to 40 times human capacity, capable of detecting emergencies in real time, enabling faster response times, making treatment possible in ambulances, and forming a continuously operating intelligent feedback loop.”

Al Mansoori added: “Over the past period, our system has never paused. We continue to advance, deliver, and accelerate. Abu Dhabi’s long-term planning in health and beyond is rooted in economic diversification, strategic investments in technology and infrastructure, and sustained commitment to talent—all backed by substantial capital reserves.”

On the sidelines of the conference, Al Mansoori also attended a dinner hosted by the “Future Health – Abu Dhabi Global Initiative” platform, where he engaged with leading figures from fields including longevity science, AI, biotechnology, pediatrics, genomics, and investment. Discussions focused on advancing practical models for proactive healthcare systems, expanding equitable access to predictive healthcare services, and exploring new financing models centered on long-term health outcomes.
