GREENWOOD VILLAGE, ColoradoMay 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Axion Semiconductor, a semiconductor platform company focused on supply chain operations and services, announced today that it has acquired Moov Technologies, a semiconductor equipment marketplace and asset management platform headquartered in Austin, Texas, serving customers in over 55 countries. This acquisition expands Axion Semiconductor’s operational platform and enhances its position in the semiconductor manufacturing supply chain. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
