MGallery Partners with Michelin-Starred Chef Pam for 2026 World Cocktail Months Global Launch: Sip and Savor
ShanghaiJune 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — As summer deepens, glasses are gently raised. Every year on May 13, World Cocktail Day is celebrated, a tradition dating back to 2006 to commemorate the first written definition of the “cocktail.” Building on this cultural milestone, MGallery, Accor’s luxury boutique hotel brand, extends its passion for mixology into an exclusive event spanning the entire summer. Since 2024, the brand has created its dedicated global marketing campaign, World Cocktail Months, covering destinations worldwide. It aims to connect global guests through the art of mixology, continually interpreting the brand’s boundless cultural core. Today, Accor MGallery officially launches the 2026 “World Cocktail Months” series of events in Greater China under the theme “Sip and Savor, Cherish the MGallery Moments in Your Heart,” marking the significant global cross-border collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Pam. Using flavor as a medium and cocktails as a vessel, the brand implements its strategic path of “empowering heritage with art, blending diverse cultures,” merging the art of mixology with exquisite cuisine to present an immersive summer-long journey of sipping and savoring for “MGallery Collectors.”
A Symphony of Stars: Chef Pam’s Cross-Border Flavor Narrative
The highlight of this year’s World Cocktail Months is the deep cross-border collaboration between MGallery globally and Michelin-starred Chef Pam. As a bold breakthrough in the brand’s flavor exploration, this partnership breaks the boundaries of the glass for the first time, blending the art of mixology with Michelin-starred cuisine, transforming the bar into a destination for an immersive culinary journey.
Chef Pam, the creative force behind Bangkok’s Michelin-selected restaurant Potong, is a pioneering leader in contemporary gastronomy. Honored as Asia’s Best Female Chef 2024 and World’s Best Female Chef 2025, her culinary philosophy centers on collision, balance, and narrative. Adhering to the creative concept of “five flavors, five emotions,” she uses ingredient collisions to create layers, balances textures to evoke subtle emotions, and connects people through flavor storytelling, giving each dish a unique soul that becomes a lasting memory for diners. Her elegant yet restrained, boldly innovative aesthetic aligns seamlessly with MGallery’s commitment to humanistic luxury—connecting cross-regional cultures through culinary flavors to create MGallery Moments, which is the core intention of this collaboration.

It is a reimagining of the art of mixology and light cuisine aesthetics, fostering a profound dialogue of flavors between elegant dishes and cocktail artistry. It pays tribute to outstanding female power, meticulously crafts the art of mixology, and creates memorable moments of warm gatherings and joyful camaraderie for guests. We look forward to upgrading the MGallery hospitality experience through this partnership, using food and drink as a medium to interpret the unique regional charm of each destination with rich layers and unforgettable elegance.”

Mr. Zhu Fuming, CEO of Accor Greater China, said: “Accor MGallery, rooted in boundless culture, is dedicated to creating meaningful travel memories for ‘MGallery Collectors.’ Partnering with Michelin-starred Chef Pam to launch the World Cocktail Months limited-edition experience is another aesthetic practice of ours, revitalizing humanistic heritage through culinary art and blending diverse regional cultures. From Chengdu to Nanjing, from Hong Kong to Mile, every signature cocktail and every small dish is a taste expression of Accor MGallery’s brand philosophy: ‘Each hotel, a unique story; every moment, an MGallery moment.’ We look forward to welcoming more Chinese guests into MGallery to cherish their own heartwarming travel moments over a glass.”

This cross-border collaboration with Chef Pam will be featured at 16 selected MGallery hotels worldwide, spanning Europe, Asia, Australia, the Americas, and the Middle East. In Greater China, MGallery Nanjing Mingyi and MGallery Hong Kong Silvermine Bay will simultaneously present this taste experience. Chef Pam, with “childhood taste memories × modern culinary art” as her creative core, skillfully deconstructs local elements, condensing the joy of everyday flavors into Michelin-level creative snacks. She has specially created two limited-edition items for the Chinese market: the “Fire-Kissed Mantou Burger,” featuring braised beef ribs in a rich sauce paired with soft mantou, where the savory sauce echoes the warm wheat aroma of the mantou, creating a clever resonance between childhood home cooking and refined cuisine; and the “Extraordinary” Fries, where eggplant is cut into crispy strips, served hot with savory soy sauce replacing traditional ketchup, reinterpreting familiar comfort food through a reconstruction of umami and texture. Unlike standard bar snacks, Chef Pam’s bar bites are not simple accompaniments but artistic creations that coexist symbiotically with the cocktail flavors. Each food and drink pairing is a meticulously orchestrated dialogue of tastes, elevating the traditional evening drink into a complex sensory ritual of flavor, texture, and aroma, making every sip a treasurable moment of cultural enjoyment.

Inspired by Local Terroir, Infused into Cocktails and Cuisine
The other seven MGallery hotels in Greater China will also participate in World Cocktail Months, drawing inspiration from local regional heritage, produce, and folk customs to create exclusive signature cocktails, original non-alcoholic tea-based drinks, and curated bar snacks. This allows guests to understand the local essence through the cups and delicacies of each city, continuing the boundless travel aesthetic.
MGallery Mile Dongfengyun will offer “Red Earth Fantasy” paired with avocado kataifi, where red earth brews fantasy and light bites tell a story; MGallery Chengdu Expo Waterfall will create the signature “Jin Huo Si” paired with tuna tacos, where Jin fire warms the aroma and Chengdu lingers in the glass; MGallery Shenzhen Fashion Town will feature the special “Ni Shang Bian” paired with beef tartare, where neon colors infuse the green and urban flavors shine; MGallery Hong Kong Mingyi will present oolong-themed curated signature drinks, where oolong floats in the night and Cantonese charm accompanies the intoxication.
Nine cities, nine charms; each hotel, a unique flavor. This transforms dining and drinking from simple pastimes into an M Moment—a MGallery moment of understanding a city and treasuring a journey. From now until August 31, MGallery invites guests to visit its nine hotels in Greater China, exploring the summer elegance of “Sip and Savor, Cherish the MGallery Moments in Your Heart” through gentle sips and flavorful bites.
