In this role, she will work closely with James Emmett, CEO of MKS PAMP SA, to provide strategic guidance and oversight for the company’s Hong Kong and regional operations, supporting its continued growth and development in the Asia-Pacific region.

Ms. Ann KUNG YEUNG Yun Chi’s appointment reflects MKS PAMP’s commitment to strengthening its governance and leadership structure in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Hong Kong serves not only as the company’s Asia-Pacific headquarters but also as one of its three global trading hubs, alongside Geneva and New York.
Ms. Ann KUNG YEUNG Yun Chi brings over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Link and CLP Holdings Limited, and as an Advisor to Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (“BOCHK”). Previously, she held the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at BOCHK until her retirement in 2022. Prior to joining BOCHK in 2007, she held several senior positions at Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.
In addition to her executive and board experience, Ms. Ann KUNG YEUNG Yun Chi has held key roles across various financial and public institutions in Hong Kong. Her career spans industry, regulatory, and public sector bodies, reflecting her deep understanding of Hong Kong’s financial services landscape and broader institutional environment.
