Huada Electronics’ ultra-low-power CIU32L0 series is an MCU product primarily targeting the smart metering market, and it has achieved volume supply in industries such as smart gas meters, smart water meters, and smart electricity meters. The CIU32L0 series has already mass-produced four products, forming a product portfolio with 20-pin to 80-pin configurations and 64KB to 256KB storage. Among them, the CIU32L071 and CIU32L051 were optimized from the design stage to address pain points in smart metering needs, featuring advantages such as LCD charge pump mode and VBAT backup power domain. The CIU32L030 is mainly aimed at scenarios with smaller resource requirements, such as smart control valves and non-magnetic metering modules.
The CIU32L071/CIU32L051 series is based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ core, with a maximum frequency of 48MHz, equipped with up to 256KB Flash and 28KB SRAM storage, supporting various packages such as LQFP80/64/48. It can be powered by an independent backup power supply, features a built-in high-precision 12-bit ADC and reference voltage source VREFBUF, supports ultra-low-power comparators, multiple LPUART/UART/I2C/SPI interfaces, integrated LCD driver and RTC functions, various timers, and an AES algorithm coprocessor, among other rich peripheral resources.
