To date, the confirmed net exhibition area stands at 72,000 square meters, just 2,000 square meters less than the total space booked for the previous edition. Companies from 63 countries/regions have confirmed their participation. Overall, expectations for the upcoming edition are highly optimistic, with projections of over 2,500 exhibitors and an exhibition area of 80,000 square meters, bringing together 121,000 professionals from 150 countries/regions.

Fruit Attraction 2026 will occupy 10 halls, covering a total area of over 162,000 square meters, and will maintain the layout and zoning from previous editions to facilitate professional visitors’ navigation. Odd-numbered halls (Halls 3, 5, 7, and 9) will showcase Spanish domestic products and feature a dedicated “Innovation and Technology” area. Even-numbered halls (Halls 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14) will display international exhibits, bringing together companies from Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia, and other regions, along with the “Fresh Food Logistics” area located in Hall 4. Additionally, most halls will include an “Auxiliary Industry” area, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all segments of the supply chain.

This year, potatoes will be the star product. Recognized for their outstanding contribution to food security and healthy diets, potatoes have been designated as a strategic industry.

Fruit Attraction will also continue to promote the “Organic Route” initiative, a specially marked path within the fair designed to enhance the visibility of companies promoting certified organic products.

Furthermore, Fruit Attraction will serve as an international expansion platform through the “International Buyer Program.” Organized in collaboration with Spain’s Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, ICEX, and FEPEX, this program will bring together 700 major buyers, retail purchasing managers, importers, and wholesalers from over 50 countries. Within this framework, this year’s “Guest Importing Country” initiative will specifically focus on China and the United Arab Emirates.
