- Revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 was $558 million, a 27% increase year-over-year compared to the first quarter of fiscal 2025. Given that first-quarter demand exceeded expectations, the company has raised the midpoint of its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance by 2%.
- Diluted earnings per share (GAAP) for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 were -$4.68, while adjusted diluted earnings per share (non-GAAP) were $0.12.
- The GAAP operating loss was primarily driven by a non-cash goodwill impairment charge of $3.788 billion, related to goodwill recorded on Mobileye’s balance sheet from Intel’s acquisition of Mobileye in 2017.
- Operating cash flow for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 was $75 million. The acquisition of Mentee Robotics, completed in early February, reduced the company’s cash balance by $591 million (net of cash acquired).
- The company announced a share repurchase program of up to $250 million, aimed at partially offsetting the dilutive impact of equity incentives and shares issued in connection with the first-quarter acquisition of Mentee Robotics.
ShanghaiApril 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Mobileye Global Inc. (NASDAQ: MBLY, hereinafter referred to as Mobileye) today announced its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2026, which ended March 28, 2026.
Professor Amnon Shashua, Founder, President, and CEO of Mobileye, stated: “The fiscal year 2026 started strong, with first-quarter performance exceeding expectations. Market demand trends continue to improve, prompting the company to slightly raise its 2026 outlook. The company also secured a significant design win with Mahindra. Mahindra becomes the third customer for our surround ADAS and the second customer for our next-generation SuperVision product. Meanwhile, the company has achieved important milestones in its proprietary Robotaxi technology stack, as well as in projects with the Volkswagen Group, including the EyeQ6H-based L2++ combined assisted driving solution SuperVision and the L3 high-level driving automation solution Chauffeur. Advancing the execution of these projects is critical, not only to convert our high-level driving automation product pipeline into future revenue growth but also to win new customers.”
First Quarter Fiscal 2026 Business Highlights
- The Robotaxi ecosystem, built around the Mobileye Drive solution, MOIA, and the Volkswagen ID.Buzz model, made significant progress in the first quarter of the fiscal year. In March, the Volkswagen Group and MOIA announced the start of pre-production trial manufacturing of the model at Volkswagen’s Hanover plant. MOIA announced Orlando as its first autonomous driving deployment city (in partnership with Beep) and has initiated road validation testing in Los Angeles in collaboration with Uber. Currently, over 100 ID.Buzz high-level driving automation vehicles equipped with Mobileye Drive are undergoing road testing in six cities (Los Angeles, Austin, and Orlando in the U.S., and Munich, Berlin, and Hamburg in Germany), with plans to expand to Oslo, Norway. The company believes that Mobileye Drive technology holds a significant scalability advantage in the competitive landscape and looks forward to efficiently advancing deployments throughout 2026.
- The SuperVision system, based on the EyeQ6 High, completed its first on-road operations in the U.S. on a pre-production vehicle. The system covered over 2,000 kilometers on unplanned routes, achieving mean time between failures (MTBF) targets under urban, suburban, and highway conditions, as well as in adverse weather, outperforming benchmark systems.
- The company announced design wins with Mahindra for SuperVision and surround ADAS products. Both combined ADAS and high-level driving automation have significant growth potential in the Indian market. We are encouraged that Mahindra believes advanced mobility products based on Mobileye’s solutions can create competitive differentiation in the mid-range and luxury vehicle segments.
