This marks one of the most ambitious loyalty ecosystem projects in the Nordics, now officially operational. This milestone further solidifies GRAVTY®’s position as the leading loyalty platform for the hospitality, travel, and retail sectors in Europe.

The vision behind Spenn was to create a shared points system that makes points easier to earn, more flexible to use, and more aligned with real-world spending across different brands. Starting with Norwegian Air and Strawberry, the ecosystem will expand to include more partners in the future. The combined loyalty programs cover millions of members across the Nordics, reflecting the industry-wide shift toward interconnected loyalty ecosystems that deliver mutual benefits for consumers and participating brands.
Built on GRAVTY®, the platform enables real-time loyalty transactions, cross-ecosystem engagement, partner-driven innovation, personalized experiences, and scalable growth across multiple brands and industries. This launch provides the necessary technical foundation to support the ongoing expansion of the Spenn ecosystem and its growing network of partners.
