Parcel 1401-1 in the YZ00-0802 block is designated as R2 Class II residential land, covering an area of approximately 2.59 hectares with a planned construction scale of about 51,800 square meters. This parcel is adjacent to key industrial sectors such as the Rocket Street Industrial Zone and the International BioPark. It offers convenient rail transit, being only about 200 meters from Yinghai Station on Metro Line 8, and benefits from mature supporting facilities. Upon completion, the project is expected to provide around 500 units of high-quality commercial housing, which will further optimize the regional residential supply, enhance living standards for residents, and improve public welfare. As the first residential land parcel sold in the BDA in 2026, this plot went through 54 rounds of bidding, achieving a premium of 106 million yuan with a premium rate of 8.7%, and was finally sold for 1.324 billion yuan.
