Attendees at the inauguration ceremony included Gao Xiang, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Yancheng National High-tech Zone; Song Jiang, Deputy Director of the Management Committee; Xia Bo, President of TÜV Rheinland Greater China; Li Weichun, Senior Vice President of Solar and Commercial Products Services for Greater China and Global Senior Vice President of Power Electronics Products Services; Max Koentopp, Global Head of PV and Energy Storage Plant Services; and Lutz Frankholz, Managing Director of TÜV Rheinland Shanghai and Suzhou. Yancheng has gathered a cluster of leading photovoltaic companies, forming a complete industrial chain from silicon wafers and cells to modules, as well as auxiliary materials and intelligent equipment. The TÜV Rheinland Yancheng Solar Testing Center will be deeply integrated into this comprehensive new energy industrial ecosystem, collaborating synergistically with TÜV Rheinland’s Shanghai office and the Taicang Yangtze River Delta Operations Center.
