NingboApril 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Recently, Zhenshi Huafeng (Zhejiang) Carbon Fiber Materials Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Zjzn Intelligent, jointly launched the Dewalk OBF Smart Factory project, signaling that a digital and intelligent factory deeply integrating wind power new material processes is moving from blueprint to reality.
Huafeng Carbon Materials specializes in the field of wind power pultruded composite materials. Its developed series of products, such as glass fiber pultruded plates, release-free fabric pultruded plates, carbon-glass hybrid pultruded plates, and carbon fiber pultruded plates, act as the “skeleton” of blades, supporting the evolution of wind turbines toward longer, lighter, and stronger designs. However, high-quality wind power materials require advanced intelligent manufacturing models to match them. This is precisely the strategic mission undertaken by the Dewalk OBF Smart Factory project.
At the project launch conference, Wu Haibo, Deputy General Manager of Zjzn Intelligent’s Zhejiang Region, stated that the successful practice of Zhenshi Shares’ smart factory in 2025 has given them a deeper understanding of Huafeng Carbon Materials’ needs and the pain points of the wind power materials industry. In this collaboration, Zjzn Intelligent will integrate the production scale and product characteristics of Huafeng Carbon Materials’ 397 pultrusion lines to achieve comprehensive flexible intelligent production from raw material unloading to finished product shipment.
Zhang Jiping, Chairman of Zjzn Intelligent, emphasized that Zjzn Intelligent will leverage the Dewalk OBF Smart Factory as an engine, combined with AI industrial intelligent agents, to build an intelligent manufacturing system featuring real-time response, flexible scheduling, and autonomous collaboration. This will create an AI-driven future smart factory for Huafeng Carbon Materials, achieving a high degree of closed-loop integration between “software intelligence” and “hardware execution,” thereby firmly securing a high ground in intelligent manufacturing within the international competition of the wind power new materials industry.
