The three-day event will bring together over 600 exhibitors and brands, as well as 8,000 building industry professionals, including contractors, architects, engineers, construction companies, developers, suppliers, and government agency representatives. Based on three core zones — Asian Elenex (International Electrical Engineering and Energy-Saving Technology Exhibition), Build4Asia (International Building Technology, Materials, and Decoration Exhibition), and Securitex (International Fire, Security, and Safety Systems Exhibition and Conference) — the exhibition adds several new industry sectors and elements, comprehensively showcasing all aspects of the construction industry.
Property and Facility Management Reaching New Breakthroughs
This year, Build4Asia proudly launches the Asian PropTech zone and the Asian OfficeTech zone, focusing on the rapid transformation of Hong Kong’s two pillars of the built environment: real estate and office buildings. These new zones bring innovative technologies such as space management solutions, virtual assistants, and sustainable design, fully integrating building construction, facility management, and user experience to create a seamlessly integrated building ecosystem.
The exhibition also collaborates with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Hong Kong Chapter to bring the World Workplace Asia-Pacific to Hong Kong for the first time. As a premier facility management event in the Asia-Pacific region, the conference is themed “Transforming Facilities: Driving Sustainability, Resilience, and Innovation in Asia-Pacific“, gathering industry leaders to jointly promote the future development of sustainable and resilient cities.
Strong Exhibitor Lineup Covering the Full Industry Chain
This year’s exhibition features a strong lineup of exhibitors, covering multiple areas including building materials, electrical engineering, security, and facility management. Key exhibitors include Gaofu Water Pump (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Jiayi Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd., Yada Engineering Trading Co., Ltd., Assa Abloy Hong Kong Co., Ltd., and Haichuang Intelligent Manufacturing (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., among others.
