ShanghaiMay 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Recently, Marriott Bonvoy’s Man Ho Chinese Restaurant and Guangzhou Restaurant Group announced a partnership. The two parties will collaborate on Cantonese menu co-creation, product development, quality management, and operational support. The first phase plans to launch a “Guangfu Cantonese Cuisine” co-created menu, which will be rolled out at Man Ho Chinese Restaurants under the brand within this year.

Leveraging the strengths and accumulated expertise of both sides, this partnership aims to explore a two-way empowerment between enhancing hotel dining quality and preserving intangible cultural heritage techniques, expanding the presentation of Cantonese cuisine in high-end hotel settings. Both parties are committed to improving the maturity and consistency of Man Ho Chinese Restaurant’s product system, achieving the upgrade and development of Chinese cuisine in premium hotels.

First-phase co-created menu covers diverse dining scenarios

The co-created menu under this partnership delves into the heritage of classic Cantonese cuisine, innovating and refreshing it in line with modern dining trends, covering a variety of dining scenarios to fully meet diners’ diverse culinary needs. Under the partnership framework, Man Ho Chinese Restaurants will categorize their outlets into three tiers—Black Label, Gold Label, and Green Label—based on operational characteristics, tailoring the menu system and business direction to local conditions.

Among these, Black Label restaurants focus on creating signature dishes and immersive dining experiences; Gold Label restaurants offer a customized selection of 5 signature dishes and 25 classic Guangfu Cantonese regular dishes; Green Label restaurants specialize in a full range of Cantonese dim sum for lunch and dinner, creating a dedicated dim sum dining scenario.
