DXC and Anthropic Announce Multi-Year Global Alliance to Bring AI to Mission-Critical Enterprise Systems

Through this joint initiative, DXC becomes one of the few top global partners in the Claude Partner Network.

DXC and Anthropic Announce Multi-Year Global Alliance to Bring AI into Mission-Critical Enterprise Systems

The two companies will jointly train a specialized team of tens of thousands of Claude-certified frontline deployment engineers and developers to deploy Claude models into production environments, integrated into the mission-critical technology infrastructure systems DXC operates for the world’s largest banks, airlines, insurers, manufacturers, and government agencies. 

This alliance builds on existing use of Claude within DXC’s own operations, including as the primary development tool for building DXC OASIS, the company’s AI-native orchestration platform for managed services. Leveraging Claude models, DXC accelerated the delivery of DXC OASIS software by approximately 10 times, with over 95% of code generated by Claude before human review. Claude is now the default foundation model powering agentic workflows in DXC OASIS. Launched in April 2026, DXC OASIS is already deployed with over 50 customers and will be extended to DXC’s global customer base. 

The alliance and its investments are built around DXC Xponential, the company’s AI blueprint that connects technology with people and processes—and the partnership with Anthropic further strengthens this blueprint through certified Claude expertise and direct access to Anthropic resources.

Frontline Deployment Engineers: Recruited by DXC, Certified by Anthropic

At the core of this alliance, DXC is establishing a dedicated team of frontline deployment engineers who will work directly within customer environments. These engineers will be selected from DXC’s existing engineering talent, undergo a 90-day training and certification program through the Anthropic Partner Academy, gain ongoing daily access to Claude, and progressively pass increasingly rigorous competency levels in designing, deploying, and managing agentic AI systems. DXC has also developed additional certification courses to enhance its engineers’ operational capabilities in mission-critical environments.

This model embodies DXC’s “Customer Zero” philosophy: the company first validates Claude in its own operations under production-grade security and compliance requirements, then brings that capability to customers.

Next Steps: New Solutions
Initial focus areas include insurance, cybersecurity, and application services. In these domains, DXC possesses deep domain and operational expertise, where Claude’s agentic AI capabilities can create the fastest value in customers’ mission-critical environments.

  • Insurance: Across organizations, DXC will deploy agentic solutions using Claude, transforming their core systems based on each enterprise’s unique context, operational model, and strategic intent. 
  • Modernization as a Service (MaaS): DXC is using Claude to accelerate large-scale code modernization for enterprise customers, employing agentic AI to analyze, refactor, and transform legacy codebases faster and more accurately than traditional methods.
  • Cybersecurity: DXC OASIS security engineer sub-agents, built on Claude Security, will provide a decisive advantage for DXC’s cybersecurity teams by deploying Claude into Security Operations Centers (SOCs) to enable always-on, AI-driven cyber resilience.  
  • Application Services: DXC is leveraging Claude to develop Anthropic-certified DXC OASIS agents designed to embed Claude directly into the enterprise application maintenance and management environments DXC operates for its customers.
