Under Anta Group’s “1+3+5” sustainable development strategy framework, FILA has achieved its 2025 annual targets ahead of schedule. Guided by the action theme “From Nature to Nature: Coexisting with Nature,” FILA has built a complete closed loop encompassing sustainable products, sustainable store operations, and sustainable sports lifestyles. Jiang Limin, Vice President of Marketing for FILA Greater China, stated: “As a large-scale sportswear brand, we have a responsibility to drive positive change in the industry and lead the sustainable process through innovation. FILA’s advocacy of ‘Coexisting with Nature’ is a comprehensive practice that runs through products, retail, and lifestyles. Rooted in eco-friendly material R&D, sustainable products, and green operations, we are committed to creating a sustainable sports lifestyle that consumers can participate in and interact with, ensuring that every swing on the court and every venture into the wilderness becomes a kind response to nature.”
China’s First Tennis Ball Recycling Closed-Loop System, Reshaping the Sustainable Sports Ecosystem
As the venue for this conference, FILA built China’s first sustainable tennis court using recycled waste tennis balls in Qingdao. Over two months, the brand collected 20,600 discarded tennis balls from more than 40 tennis clubs across 16 cities nationwide. Using industry-first decomposition and regeneration technologies, the rubber material from the tennis balls was successfully transformed into high-performance recycled EPDM particles, which were used to pave the court surface. The project achieved a carbon reduction equivalent of 12.36 tons, roughly equal to the annual carbon absorption of about 453 acres of forest, turning every swing by tennis enthusiasts into a gentle dialogue with nature. This tennis court, with its complete practice of “collection system + regeneration application + carbon accounting,” provides the industry with the first replicable sample of a tennis ball recycling closed loop and serves as a vivid testament to FILA’s innovative leadership in the sustainable sports ecosystem.

Around sports and lifestyle scenarios such as tennis, FILA continues to create “Coexisting with Nature” member community activity experiences. On the recent Earth Day, FILA hosted its first sustainable-themed “Style Tennis Session” on this sustainable tennis court. On the court, members swung and played under the clear coastal sky; off the court, beach clean-up activities, tennis ball succulent planter transformations, and old clothing upcycling workshops unfolded in sequence. From the court to the seaside, from competition to co-creation, sustainability is no longer just a concept but a daily experience that can be participated in and touched.

From Children to Adults, Sustainable Products Account for Nearly 50%, with Over 80% of Packaging Using Eco-Friendly Materials
FILA believes that sustainability is not a choice for a few but a common language for all consumer groups. The report shows that in 2025, FILA’s sustainable products accounted for 48.8%, an increase of nearly 20 percentage points over three years. Products such as the FILA Cat Claw Shoe 6th Generation, FILA KIDS Cat Claw Cotton Shoes, and FILA EXPLORE Knitted Short-Sleeve Tops incorporate eco-friendly concepts into design and wearing experience by adding EVA bio-based materials to soles and using recycled materials like recycled polyester fibers in fabrics. At the same time, the brand continues to invest in material technology and packaging eco-friendly upgrades, with sustainable packaging products exceeding 80%[2], both achieving the group’s annual targets ahead of schedule. Additionally, 100% of the down materials used by FILA are RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certified.
In 2026, under the “ONE FILA Strategy” direction, from children to adults, from tennis courts and outdoor camping to trendy lifestyles, FILA is bringing a richer sustainable product matrix for all ages and multiple scenarios:
On the Tennis Court: The event launched the FILA TENNIS Green Rebirth Series, including the brand’s century-spanning legendary classic items: the Grand Slam Polo Shirt, Suzanne Tennis Skirt, and Court Vest. These items innovatively use eco-friendly polyester made from 30% recycled PET plastic bottles, achieving a green “rebirth.” Compared to virgin polyester, the production process of recycled polyester significantly reduces carbon emissions, lowering dependence on non-renewable resources like petroleum from the source. FILA reshapes professional classics with sustainable concepts, allowing environmental commitments to support unrestricted play and performance on the court.

Over the next three years, it will heavily invest in the ECO-X Sustainable Fabric Technology Platform, collaborating with global partners to focus on four major technology directions (Eco Bio bio-based, Eco Degrade biodegradable, Eco Reuse resource recycling, Eco Revo microbial), developing future eco-friendly technology materials that “come from nature and return to nature.”
Smart Energy Management System + LEED Gold Certification, Creating a Green Operations Closed Loop

Represented by its Taikoo Li Sanlitun store, FILA has a total of 17 stores with LEED Gold certification, achieving 10% energy savings in pilot stores
From 2023 to 2025, stores reduced waste landfill by 35% through the recycling and reuse of materials, giving more old items a “second life.” Shipping from self-operated warehouses to FILA stores has achieved paperless operations, reducing paper consumption by 16,000 kilograms to date, equivalent to saving 272 trees.
From eco-friendly products and packaging to green store operations and the construction of a sustainable sports ecosystem, FILA is fulfilling its commitments to the environment and society with a long-term perspective. In the future, FILA will continue to advance its brand expression of coexisting with nature, leading the sustainable process of sportswear through a more inclusive product system and richer sports and lifestyle scenarios.
