Desserts include an orange and passion fruit bavarois adorned with Chow Sang Sang’s classic patterns, a vanilla matcha macaron featuring the Chow Sang Sang logo, a refreshing jasmine pear bamboo, a silky and rich low-sugar coconut pudding, and a nutty coffee tart capturing the golden luster and classic design elements of the collection. These are complemented by savory items that add depth: puff pastry with crab mousse and mustard dill sauce, roasted beetroot and goat cheese mini tart, and mini beef Wellington with mushroom sauce, among others. The “Golden Bamboo Elegance” themed afternoon tea is available in two price options: RMB 388* per set, including two cups of self-selected coffee or tea; and RMB 488* per set, including two special cocktails or two glasses of Niccolo-customized Prosecco sparkling wine. During the event, guests who purchase the “Golden Bamboo Elegance” co-branded afternoon tea at Yue Gallery will receive a Chow Sang Sang gift. The afternoon tea is served daily from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Yue Gallery on the 62nd floor of the hotel.
