NanjingMay 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Recently, the “2026 (Second) Digital Twin Water Conservancy Intelligent Monitoring Perception Technology, Equipment, and Application Conference” was successfully held in Nanjing, Jiangsu. Dahua Technology was invited to attend the conference, showcasing its industry-leading products and solutions, and delivered a presentation on the theme “Visual Intelligence Empowering Water Conservancy Digital Twins.”

For a long time, Dahua Technology has leveraged its technological advantages in AIoT, video perception, and big data to continuously explore the deep integration of video technology with water conservancy business scenarios, driving innovation and application upgrades in the water conservancy industry. It has launched a series of industry-specific intelligent products and solutions, including the Water Night Eagle, radar water level observation ball, 4G low-power dual-lens ball, Honghu IoT host, and UAV intelligent inspection large-model all-in-one machine.

At this exhibition, Dahua Technology unveiled a new product focused on the governance of “four disorders” (illegal construction, illegal occupation, illegal mining, and illegal dumping) in rivers, lakes, and reservoirs, as well as comprehensive safety monitoring scenarios—the UAV intelligent inspection large-model all-in-one machine.
This device is equipped with high-performance domestic server hardware, including Kunpeng processors and domestic intelligent cards, and deeply integrates a video cascade centralized control platform, video AI algorithms, and a visual language large model (VL). It can uniformly access two data sources: UAV aerial footage and fixed-point surveillance video. It intelligently and accurately identifies multiple types of illegal targets and abnormal events, such as illegal buildings, unauthorized vessels, construction vehicles, surface garbage, and various floating objects, comprehensively enhancing the intelligence and automation of water area inspection and supervision. The river and lake “four disorders” supervision solution, centered on this product, was awarded the “2026 Digital Twin Water Conservancy Intelligent Monitoring Perception Excellent Technical Equipment Application Achievement” at the conference.

In terms of technical application, Dahua’s UAV intelligent inspection large-model all-in-one machine adopts a dual-model architecture with large and small models working in coordination. The small model enables real-time detection, while the large model performs secondary analysis, ensuring real-time performance while improving accuracy and effectively reducing false alarm rates. For high-altitude scenarios, the product supports linkage evidence collection between high-point monitoring and airborne mobile devices: when a high-point monitor detects a target such as a vessel, it synchronizes coordinate information to the flight control platform, triggering the airborne mobile device to quickly perform secondary confirmation and automatic evidence collection. Additionally, the product features a water area red-line assistance function, which automatically overlays the water area red line onto the real-time video feed of the airborne mobile device and filters out alarm events outside the red line, reducing invalid alerts.
During the keynote speech, Dahua Technology’s technical experts elaborated on the company’s current business layout and development achievements in the water conservancy sector. Addressing common pain points in digital twin water conservancy construction—such as remote locations with limited network and power supply conditions, complex and low-standard application scenarios, weak intelligent analysis capabilities, and fragmented, isolated data that is difficult to integrate—Dahua Technology has introduced a comprehensive set of on-the-ground technical solutions across three levels: frontline terminal product development, water-conservancy-specific intelligent recognition algorithm development, and backend data and video fusion applications. These solutions fully empower the efficient construction of digital twin water conservancy systems.
In the future, Dahua Technology will continue to leverage its outstanding advantages in the field of intelligent perception, deepen its focus on the water conservancy industry, and continuously launch smarter and more practical industry products and solutions centered on key scenarios such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs, irrigation areas, and water conservancy projects. This will empower smart water conservancy construction and contribute wisdom and strength to water security and the modernization of water conservancy development.
