As AI scenarios demand higher throughput, lower latency, and sustained stable operation from storage products, storage is evolving from general-purpose hardware to AI infrastructure.
As Demingli’s key high-end storage manufacturing project for the AI era, the Guangming Intelligent Manufacturing Base is positioned as the company’s high-end manufacturing and testing verification center, focusing on enterprise-grade and embedded storage products, and is committed to building an advanced high-end storage intelligent manufacturing platform in China. The official launch of the base marks a critical step for Demingli in upgrading its high-end manufacturing capabilities.
Once fully operational, the base will form an integrated high-end manufacturing system covering intelligent manufacturing, testing verification, and large-scale delivery, with the capability to test and mass-produce enterprise-grade SSDs, RDIMMs, and embedded storage products, continuously strengthening high-reliability verification and large-scale manufacturing capabilities.

To ensure the high-quality introduction and large-scale delivery of high-performance storage products, the Guangming base has built an industry-leading intelligent SMT manufacturing system, pioneering the large-scale introduction of AGV intelligent logistics systems to achieve fully automated unmanned transportation across production, inspection, and logistics.
Data-Driven, Intelligent Manufacturing Lean Management
Additionally, leveraging the MES system, intelligent dispatch center, and full-process data management platform, the base continuously promotes digital collaboration and traceable operations across manufacturing, testing, quality, and delivery phases, further enhancing manufacturing efficiency, product consistency, and production coordination capabilities.
III. Core Verification: High-Reliability Testing Capabilities for Cutting-Edge Mainstream Platforms



Focusing on scenarios such as AI servers, data centers, and smart terminals, the Guangming Intelligent Manufacturing Base has established a high-reliability testing capability system dedicated to efficient, stable, and secure storage needs.
On one hand, building a comprehensive testing and verification cluster, the Guangming Intelligent Manufacturing Base has deployed hundreds of high-performance servers to establish a one-stop enterprise-grade storage testing line, forming high-intensity verification capabilities for AI servers and data centers. At the same time, the base has built an embedded verification platform for DDR particle testing and eMMC, UFS, and LPDDR embedded storage products, enhancing compatibility and stability testing capabilities across multiple protocols and platforms.
On the other hand, Demingli is actively building an AI Storage Technology Comprehensive Laboratory, focusing on overcoming challenges in proprietary firmware technology to ensure stable product operation in AI large model and data center scenarios, while continuously improving verification efficiency and scenario adaptation capabilities.
