Two luxury residential towers in downtown Bellevue will be rebranded under the brand, complemented by a future Nobu restaurant and a lifestyle experience featuring hotel-style services.

Owned by Silverstein Properties, this project is the first completed, move-in-ready Nobu-branded residential development in the United States, and also introduces a new hotel-style residential product sold through Polaris Pacific as the sales agent for Silverstein.
Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, the project is a mixed-use development occupying an entire city block, including two residential towers and carefully curated retail, dining, and hospitality service experiences. As part of this transformation, Nobu will introduce branded public spaces, signature residential services, and a Nobu restaurant expected to open in 2027.
