In recent years, as Vietnam’s investment environment continues to improve, the importance of cooperation on production infrastructure such as industrial complexes has grown. Based on ongoing discussions with Phu Tho Province, iMarketKorea has formally reached this agreement.
Phu Tho Province, located near Noi Bai International Airport, is emerging as a regional logistics hub and is gaining attention as a key production base for major global companies. In 2025, the province’s Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) growth rate reached 10.52%, ranking fourth among major Vietnamese provinces.
Under this agreement, iMarketKorea plans to develop a national-level industrial complex in Phu Tho Province and officially begin attracting global manufacturing companies. Additionally, the company will strengthen linkages among related enterprises centered around the industrial complex, creating a supply chain-based industrial ecosystem.
The Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee will support the administrative approval processes and investment environment development related to the industrial complex, and provide assistance throughout iMarketKorea’s overall project implementation.
Furthermore, to enhance the logistics competitiveness of the complex, iMarketKorea will simultaneously promote the construction of an Inland Container Depot (ICD) with bonded functions. As a logistics hub enabling customs clearance and cargo handling in inland areas, the ICD, when linked with the industrial complex, is expected to improve import/export logistics efficiency and serve as key infrastructure to attract manufacturing companies.
At the same time, financial cooperation related to the industrial complex development and investment attraction will be advanced. Based on the agreement with BIDV, iMarketKorea will discuss financing support programs for the industrial complex development project and explore new business opportunities leveraging both parties’ networks.
iMarketKorea CEO Kim Hak-jae stated:
“This agreement lays a solid foundation for the simultaneous development of production infrastructure and logistics infrastructure. Through cooperation with the Phu Tho provincial government and BIDV, we plan to establish a one-stop support system covering administration, finance, legal affairs, and taxation. We will also create a favorable environment for high-tech components and materials companies to effectively utilize local incentive policies, and gradually expand the scale of future collaboration.”
Additionally, in March 2026, iMarketKorea and the Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee had already held in-depth discussions on specific cooperation plans for the development of Phu Tho Province and the introduction of advanced technology manufacturing projects.
