Following the award ceremony, a wine tasting and cultural exchange event was held, led by Penfolds China Senior Brand Ambassador Luo Hongmin. Students from China Agricultural University used their taste buds to traverse the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, savoring Penfolds’ quality wines from its four major global producing regions—Bin 28, the Penfolds One series, Penfolds Rosé Champagne, and Penfolds Max’s Shiraz Cabernet blend. Through immersive explanations and interactions, the students deepened their understanding of wine culture and gained a profound appreciation for Penfolds’ consistent winery style and the charm of blending.

Over four years of collaboration, the Penfolds Fund has undergone a refreshed upgrade, building on its existing foundation to continuously expand and deepen partnership content, empowering China’s wine industry and talent development. The Penfolds Fund will continue to provide scholarship support for students in wine-related fields, enrich wine culture and exchange tasting courses, and expand the program’s scale. Through diverse teaching methods, the courses will extend from China Agricultural University to 17 universities in Beijing. At the same time, the Penfolds Fund Wine Region Student Social Practice Program will gradually launch, leading students into high-quality domestic wine regions for hands-on practical teaching, continuously promoting the connection from classroom to industry.
In the future, Penfolds will continue to uphold the EVERMORE sustainable development philosophy, leveraging the Penfolds Fund to deepen local collaborations, further promote the coordinated development of education and industry, and consistently fulfill Penfolds’ long-term commitment to the Chinese market.
