Richard Stoddart, CEO of Satair and Head of Material Services at Airbus, said:
“Today, we take a significant step forward. Bringing Unical and ecube into our portfolio is not just about scaling up; it’s about leveraging the circular economy to create value for our customers. We gain not only top-tier facilities and equipment but, more importantly, a highly skilled team in the USM market. For our customers, this means greater parts availability and a more streamlined way to manage aircraft throughout their lifecycle.”

Sharon Green, CEO of Unical and VAS Aero Services, said: “Joining Satair marks the completion of Unical and ecube’s transformation and the start of an exciting new chapter. We combine our leadership in USM and aircraft teardown and recycling capabilities with Satair’s global scale and Airbus’s vision for the future of material services.
